We offer shipping to the lower 48 states only – Even though we love Alaska & Hawaii. All furniture will ship UPS, FedEx, or Light Truck Load Carrier (LTL). We ship most orders within 1-4 business days of receiving your order. An additional 1-6 business days for transit time should be expected. However, this is only an estimate for most orders. Some shipments (including holiday shipments) may take longer.
UPS / FedEx will be used for most packages under 150 lbs. UPS will leave the box(es) at your residence or business and does not require a signature.
LTL will be used for most packages over 150 lbs or larger diameter boxes that UPS or FedEx cannot handle. The light-truck-load carrier company will give you a call to schedule your preferred window for delivery (e.g., 2 p. m. to 4 p.m.). Remember, it’s only guaranteed to be a tailgate delivery, so please be present to sign for and unload your box(es) at the back of the carrier’s trailer. You’ll also be responsible for extra help unloading, if necessary. The drivers might help with this step, but it should not be expected. Please keep in mind that not making your scheduled appointment could result in nondelivery or a reduced shipping refund upon return.
